Well, it's official, I'm definitely going! Paid for tickets now and my costume is sorted...albeit an old one!

Count Louis de Theudbuert shall be coming to the ball and...it may well be his last showing. I am working on something else Steampunk related at the moment but Louis will either be making his last appearance at the ball or maybe at Kitacon depending on how many of my other costumes I finish...

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part: If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

1. Pictures/Fan Art/Props for/Plushies of my Original Characters. I love all of my OCs even though Louis has been getting the most attention lately, I'd love this kinda stuff for ANY of my OCs!

2.Personal things like hand written letters, home made things, drawings, photos in a photo album... they are things I treasure and would love more of!

3. Random anime/manga merchandise of my favourite series/games. Seriously - plushies, posters, figurines, doujinishi, badges, stickers - that sort of thing. Final Fantasy 7, Kingdom Hearts (1, 2, CoM, 358/2 (WHICH I DON'T OWN O_O) and BBS), Bleach, Supernatural, Fullmetal Alchemist, Heroes, Naruto...there's loads!

4. Visits after Christmas! Whether this is people visiting me or buying train tickets (as I'm very poor) this'd be awesome ^_^ I miss seeing my friends because of this course and whenever I'm with a collection of you (be it at a con or a regular meetup) it's like a completely different world to me and I love it.

5. Cosplay Stuff/clothes! Sounds silly but I lack time and money and yet need to make Repo Man's coat, make a helmet for my secret cosplay, make weapons etc.

6. Anything Steampunk related! Be it the offer of props, some trinkets, some writing, or a photoshoot!

7. An update to my DA subscription! Always loved ^_^

8. Contact from you guys. I especially like letters and texts but just more contact with people I care about will be nice.

9. A holiday...no, really LOL Whether it be a few days or a few weeks in the summer. I just want some time away from everything with people I care about!
