Drowning in a sea of voices, how can one rise above?
The mind grows deaf with the sound of screams, how can one hope to hear?
*a hand appears above the voices*
"Take me, and I shall grant you freedom."
You shake your head and sink back down.
"It would be naught but a temporary solution, before the swell of voices rises once more to claim me."
*the hand closes and pulls away*
"Then for now I can offer you no sollace, but each day I shall return and each day my hand shall extend once more."
The voices rise again, the maelstrom captures you once more and you are dragged below.

Well, here I am, resubmitting old work for a number of reasons.
Firstly, I'm very much into my writings, be it novels, poems, lyrics etc. and my gallery is almost all cosplay again. This isn't a bad thing per se, but I want some of my literature to fight back!
Secondly, there were a few hidden comments on the old ones which I hate, so they're now gone LOL
Thirdly, I'm in a similar mindset again so it's kind of fitting. But if I do a "Shout It Out" soon, people are going to think me very emo LOL
