Steampunk Pistol and Damage

Well, this is the finished product of Count Louis de Theudubert's Paralysis Pistol. The canister at the back contains a gel which can cause paralysis upon contact as the Count is a Skypirate who refuses to kill.

The bottom image is a sneak preview of something which occurs in Chapter 5, the pistol gets jammed and the pressure causes it to explode from the left side, coating the Count's hand in the paralysis gel.

Not good! In real life, basically, the plastic melted. I am unsure how exactly as it was kept out of the sun and well looked after but this morning I lifted it from the table and most of the side had become stuck to the table...

Meaning I have to make a brand new pistol ¬_¬ Dammit!
